One flat monthly fee. No surprises.
Autónomo registration is a one-time fee of €40 + IVA. Your gestor handles everything — Hacienda, Social Security, the lot. Stay with us for 12 months and we'll return the €40 as a thank you. After that, you just pay the monthly accounting fee.
Everything you need: quarterly VAT returns (Modelo 303), quarterly income tax payments (Modelo 130), annual informative declarations, and your annual Renta tax return. Plus ongoing support from your gestor in English, Spanish, and German.
No problem! You can add extra document packs of 15 documents for just €5/month each (ex. VAT). Most autónomos find 10 documents is plenty, but the option is there if you need it. You can adjust this at any time.
Typically 3-5 business days once your gestor has all your documents. They'll guide you through exactly what's needed and handle all the paperwork.
Absolutely! Stay with us for 12 months and we’ll return the full €40 as a thank you for being part of the Hola family. It’s applied automatically as a credit on your account — no need to ask.
Absolutely. If you're not happy with your gestor for any reason, we'll reassign you to another qualified professional on our platform. Your documents and case history carry over seamlessly.
