Our Story

The gestoría is one of the oldest professions in Spain - and one of the least changed. Paper files, office hours, prices on request: not because the expertise is lacking, but because the tools around it never caught up. Hola Gestoría was built to change that.

Today it is the platform where expats and autónomos find, compare and work with independent, qualified gestores across Spain - autónomo registration, quarterly taxes, Renta, residency and more, handled online, in English, Spanish or German, at prices published before you commit.

It was founded by British software specialists who moved to Spain in 2020 and dealt with the system first-hand. We'd spent our careers building software for businesses - including Hola Finance, our free invoicing app for autónomos - and we brought that experience to the industry that needed it most.

Since launch, the team has grown, the range of services keeps expanding, and the company is profitable - built for the long term, because the people who rely on us are too. The mission is the same as day one: take something that hadn't changed in generations and make it modern, transparent and effortless. We're just getting started.
